The management team of Big Brother Naija housemate,   Tsakute Jonah, widely known as Saskay have responded to reports about Saskay bringing vibrators into the reality TV show. In a lengthy Instagram post, Saskay team refuted the claims.

“Official statement from SASKAY’S TEAM over misleading STORIES. It has come to our notice of a particular false narrative gaining impact on social media about claims that Saskay purportedly told her fellow housemates that she came to the house with three Vibrators.

“Whilst many people depend on social media to get gist on Saskay it is important that they get the right information. We are supportive of adults and their rights to expressions. However the “vibrator conversation” happened in her absence and it’s very unfair for even verified blogs to post such information and give Saskay untrue image, without proper verification.

“People trust these channels and we can only hope they pass true information concerning housemates as it largely shape people’s perception of the housemate. Saskay is a smart, intelligent, and creative artist. She writes songs, raps and speaks multiple languages, which she intends to use in creating convenient atmosphere for smooth business transactions. These qualities are true and are what we’ve seen of Saskay in the Big Brother’s house and we wish for people to know her that way.

“We want to appeal to concerned blogs and handles to please retract their articles and correct the false impressions already made of Saskay. Thank you.”

According to the official Big Brother Naija website, “Saskay is a 21-year-old extrovert and lover of books. She enjoys all types of music and speaks of herself as “an embodiment of art”. Discovering her talents and skills and using them to impact others and improve her persona, while striving to find her space in the world, is what she considers to be a high point in her life.”
